Social Media Specialist

30 hours per week (hours/days can be flexible).

We are looking for an experienced and driven Social Media Specialist to attract and engage with targeted communities within each of our niche markets (aviation, construction, engineering, education and healthcare).

Your role will help us to build up our social audiences and get the balance right between promoting latest jobs and attracting candidates, sharing ideas/news stories and engaging with people/building our brand.

How: You will work with the relevant marketing, video and industry team members to produce, edit, publish and share daily content (blogs, original social text, images, video etc) that build meaningful connections and encourage both candidates and clients to take action.

You will then strive to continuously improve our social strategy by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then act on the information.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in social media marketing role and developing a social media strategy within a professional organisation
  • Excellent consulting, writing, proofing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Social and Web Analytics tools
  • Experience of Measuring/Demonstrating ROI
