Friday 26th January 2018 saw all of the companies in the McGinley Group come together to celebrate at St Michael’s Manor in St Albans,
So, our first major Pinnacle Club of the year is done and dusted. Three days of Helicopters, skiing and partying for our hard-working staff and what a fantastic time we had! But we don’t just give this to our staff from the goodness of our heart. This trip was a reward for those on the trip for not just meeting targets, but for going above and beyond them.
These consultants, sales support and back office staff are what make our company tick. They ensure that each of our clients receive above and beyond the service they require every day, whilst ensuring all our candidates are inundated with opportunities, that not only allow our candidates to do what they love but are suited to their personalities.
The staff on the Pinnacle Club embody the McGinley values, self-motivating themselves to higher performance with an incredible commitment to those they represent. Whilst some may believe that these celebrations of our staff’s achievements are over the top, we could not imagine celebrating them in any other way. Our staff are the lifeblood of our company and exemplify the dedication to our clients and candidates that we crave. Therefore, when they achieve outstanding results, it only seems right that we deliver outstanding rewards.
We can’t wait to see the next quarter’s efforts from the team and we’re already excited about our next Pinnacle Club trip, as we set our sights on slightly warmer climes for our summer trip…
