McGinley Human Resources placed 73rd on Fast Track 100 2015

McGinley Human Resources (MHR) has been awarded a place on The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, after achieving an average annual growth rate of nearly 60% per annum since 2011.

The league table, which has been compiled by Fast Track and published by The Sunday Times since 1997, ranks the UK’s fastest growing companies by sales over their latest three years of operation.

MHR will attend an awards dinner at the Oxfordshire home of Sir Richard Branson, who said: "Fast Track has become the definitive barometer of entrepreneurial Britain."

Managing Director Colm McGinley stated: “Our appearance on the Fast Track 100 demonstrates the appetite our clients have to engage with, and support, new innovative companies.  Our fresh and unique approach to providing recruitment solutions in our chosen niche markets has turned our vision into a successful and sustainable business”.

The success in this year’s Fast Track 100 is the latest achievement in a year full of success stories for MHR.

Earlier this year, the company secured new funding lines from Lloyds TSB, coinciding with the inception of the company’s new Education and Healthcare divisions, as well as the opening of the business’s sixth UK office. MHR provides its services predominantly in the UK, but also operates globally via the company’s Aviation division.

Widely regarded as the benchmark for the UK’s fastest growing companies, Fast Track is now in its 18th year.

Colm McGinley added: “We have seen rapid organic growth since our inception and are delighted with our achievements to date. Our headcount, workforce and client base continues to grow year-on-year. This is a true testament to the dedication of our people, who are the true spirit of our company. As pleased as we are to receive this recognition, we will not rest on our laurels. We will continue to press on with the hard work ahead of us in order to achieve what we set out to do”.
