The Times Top 100 recruiter McGinley Human Resources has been reborn as the McGinley Group, creating independent businesses for each market sector it operates in.
Effective immediately, the group’s recruitment arms have become; McGinley Aviation Ltd, McGinley CEP Ltd, McGinley Education Ltd, McGinley Healthcare Ltd and also include McGinley Systems International Ltd (Space & Aerospace).
McGinley Logistics & Construction Solutions Ltd, a construction logistics company, is the group’s sole non-recruitment business.
Earlier this year, McGinley Group announced that it was investing in Unite People Ltd, a start-up white collar recruitment company based in Central London.
The McGinley Group now consists of seven separate companies.
The restructuring was teased via a Sherlock Holmes themed blog which invited McGinley social media followers to anticipate the upcoming announcement.
Each of the seven McGinley trading arms are now fully supported by McGinley Central Services Ltd, which offers back office support over a range of functions to all the businesses, which also falls under the McGinley Group brand.
