McGinley Human Resources is established to cater for the booming Construction, Engineering & Property markets.


With a booming aviation industry and a rapidly growing demand for pilots and airline staff, McGinley Aviation was created providing global aviation recruitment solutions.


Discovering a niche in the market, MHR veteran Peter Rooke sets up McGinley Logistics with Colm McGinley to provide high quality logistics solutions to the construction sector.


The new Education division is created with Paul Massey to help schools and educational institutions fulfil their staffing requirements.


McGinley Healthcare is formed with Jane Couper to help address the skills shortage across the NHS and private hospitals in the UK.

Colm McGinley partners with recruitment executives Tom Perkin and Ross Bayston to create Unite People, a brand new recruitment firm servicing civil engineering and more.

Leadership Team

Colm McGinley

CEO & Founder

Colm set out to build the McGinley Group with two core goals in mind; to exceed client expectations and to ensure the McGinley Group would be a great place to work. With our YOY growth and our recent placing on the Sunday Times“Best Companies to Work For” list, he has come a long way toward achieving those goals.

As well as the McGinley Group, Colm is a board member across several other associated companies as well as the Young Presidents Organisation, which currently boasts over 22,000 members worldwide.

Away from the office, Colm can be found either on the golf course or with his wife and three kids (all currently under five years old)!

Donnacha Holly

Finance Director

Donnacha oversees the business support services function whilst providing financial management & advice, enabling the leadership team to make great business decisions!

Donnacha has been with McGinley Group for six years, progressing from Accountant to Finance Director. He qualified as a management accountant (ACMA) in 2009 and has been putting his skills to good use ever since!

In his spare time, he likes to repair calculators, spend time with family & friends and nervously supports Manchester United on occasion!

Peter Rooke

MD Logistics

Identifying a niche in the market in 2013, Peter has overseen our logistics business and is responsible for all of McGinley Logistics’ existing business contracts and business development.

He operates at a strategic level with his primary role to understand clients as a business, their specific project goals and to bring innovative solutions to the table. Peter ensures that McGinley Logistics not only fulfil but excel in their function as coordinators, maintaining strategic control of all preliminary items.

Elizabeth Cusack

MD Aviation

Liz joined the McGinley Executive Team in 2013 to head up the Aviation division providing pilots, cabin crew, engineers and senior executives to a wide range of airlines globally.

With 27 years in the recruitment industry and a passion for aviation, Liz describes this as her dream job!

When not flying around the globe, developing new business or looking after our customer base, Liz enjoys football (Spurs), going to the gym and travelling to (ideally sun-drenched) exotic locations around the world.

Grant Henderson


With over 14 years’ experience of building, directing and investing in various consultancy businesses, Grant has recently settled with us as Managing Director of our CEP sector. 

Over the next five years Grant will be consolidating CEP’s position as a market leader with the primary goal of growing & developing the business into one people love to work with.

Outside of work Grant can be found with his wife and three children, maintaining the fitness levels he achieved as a former professional rugby player, playing across Europe and South Africa in a distinguished career.

Sarah-Jane Bradish


Sarah-Jane Bradish joined McGinley as part of the Professional Services team in April 2011 and has played an integral part in the growth & development of the CEP division.

She now occupies a Director’s seat implementing strategic planning across our national CEP operations. Her positive and entrepreneurial spirit is contagious, and ripples through the team, bringing out the best in our managers and consultants!

Paul Massey


With a diverse career in recruitment, Paul brings a plethora of experience to his role as Director of McGinley Education.

Moving into Education Recruitment in 2008, Paul has been heading up our Education sector since 2015 and is passionate about offering candidates and clients the best possible service.

Outside of work Paul spends time with his friends and family and is a massive supporter of UFC and Liverpool Football Club.  Also fluent in Spanish, Paul savours any opportunity to practise whether in Spain or not!

Jane Couper


Jane is responsible for the delivery of skilled healthcare professionals to a range of clients including the NHS, private hospitals and nursing homes.

With over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare market (eight years in healthcare recruitment), Jane is passionate about providing the highest quality service to both clients and candidates.

Away from work, Jane can be found chasing her young son around various parks, farms and zoos across the North West!
