As CEO of The MCG Group, I lead a dynamic team of recruitment professionals, with a focus on employee and client satisfaction, as well as strategic growth within our current sectors and geographical markets. My passion lies in expanding businesses internationally, drawing from my extensive global experience.
Before joining The MCG Group, I served as CEO of Visuna, an Energy and Tech Recruitment company, and as Managing Director of Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider to the engineering and technology sectors. overseeing substantial turnover and serving on the board. I approach business with a people-centered, action-oriented mindset, driven by a love for success and empowering others to achieve their goals.
My career began in industrial temp recruitment, where I have progressed through the ranks over my 20 years to my current CEO role. I've worked across various international locations, gaining invaluable insights into corporate setup, cross-cultural operations, and business mobility. Outside of work, my partner and I are dedicated parents to a blended family of four children and a cockerpoo called Fox. I’m a keen golfer and I cherish family walks with our dog. I'm also a volunteer Search and Rescue Technician for Cheshire Search & Rescue, a role that keeps me grounded and focused on life's core values: health, happiness, and well-being.
